understand that the quality of our tools directly impacts the effectiveness of our
treatments and the satisfaction of our clients. Here’s how we prioritize excellence in

Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged at 50% of the price of the treatment booked.
Non-attendance or cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged at the
full cost of the price of the treatment booked.
Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in future bookings no longer being accepted.
